Design specially for emulsifying middle high viscosity raw material, the precision blade spine in high speeds, draws to emulsifying raw material, high frequency adds pressure convey cutting, then pushes out the annular turbine housing, meanwhile there are continuous cutting, smash generated in the gap between the high speed rotating blades and turbine housing. Raw material is pushed away centrifugally at a high speed then hits against the wall of the tank which furthermore increase the cutting, mixing in high-frequency circulation. The process of homogenizing and emulsifying is completed in a very short time.
